Featured here is a 70-year-old woman that was seeing eyelashes and experiencing chronic eye fatigue due to the heaviness over her eyes. She also had difficulty with reading, driving. and computer work, all due to the droopy lids. Dr. Schiedler performed a transfollicular subcutaneous browlift to blend the incision with the patient’s hairline and also an upper eyelid blepharoplasty to remove the excess skin folds. One month after her surgery, the patient was very happy with her results. She had a wider, brighter vision with much less eye fatigue for visual tasks. Her hairline incision was healing nicely with good hair regrowth.
