This 70-year-old woman was having difficulty seeing when reading, driving, and doing needlepoint because of droopy eyelids that blocked her vision. Dr. Schiedler performed an upper eyelid blepharoplasty to remove skin folds and a muscle tightening to open the eyes wider. She was very happy with results one week after surgery and noted brighter, wider vision. She reported a much easier time with reading after her lids were restored.
