Upper Eyelid (Blepharoplasty) Ptosis Repair, and Brow Lift Patient 15

This 67-year-old woman was referred to Dr. Schiedler by her eye surgeon / ophthalmologist because of her heavy brows and droopy upper eyelids, which blocked her vision. Dr. Schiedler performed a brow lift at the hairline to camouflage incisions. She also performed an upper eyelid blepharoplasty and upper eyelid ptosis repair with muscle reattachment to open her eyes wider.

The patient did well for about a year but felt her brows were still heavy, due to her deep-set eyes and thick brow tissues. Dr. Schiedler performed an additional touchup brow lift camouflaged within the forehead wrinkles to get more lift. The patient was pleased with her final results, minimal scars, and felt her vision was much improved.
